Supply and installation of water meters and heat meters in residential and commercial premises

Summary

The tender covers the dismantling, supply and installation of water meters and heat meters in residential and commercial premises in Bydgoszcz, divided into three lots. Each lot includes radio-enabled heat meters, radio-enabled cold- and hot-water meters, and cold-water meters without radio modules. Lot 1 quantities are 90, 376 and 238 meters respectively; Lot 2 quantities are 14, 252 and 53; and Lot 3 quantities are 151, 663 and 76. From 2027 to 2031, radio readings must be taken once a year and processed in a format suitable for importing the data into the contracting authority’s DOM5 system or made available through a portal. Bids may be submitted for all three lots, and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The works must be completed within 70 days of contract signing and no later than 25 November 2026. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 09:00.
