Production and delivery of promotional materials bearing the logo of the City of Płock

Summary

The tender concerns the production and delivery of promotional materials bearing the logo of the City of Płock, divided into three lots. Lot 1 covers 25 women's wallets, 15 men's wallets, 700 elastic-band notebooks, 200 thermal cups and 1,000 trumpet-shaped key rings. Lot 2 covers 400 cups with saucers and 500 ceramic mugs with bamboo lids. Lot 3 covers 500 500-piece puzzles and 500 300-piece puzzles. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The delivery period is up to 15 working days for Lots 1 and 2 and up to 42 working days for Lot 3, starting after the contracting authority approves the promotional materials with the logo. The tender deadline is 11 September 2026 at 10:00. Bids must be submitted electronically through the procurement platform, and documents must be in Polish. Price carries 70% and delivery time 30% of the score; negotiation is possible for all lots.
