Delivery and implementation of software under the Cybersecure Waterworks project

Summary

The tender covers the supply and implementation of software, IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions in five lots. Lot I covers implementation of virtualisation infrastructure, backup, monitoring, a server cluster and support; Lot II covers the supply and implementation of workstation management and updating software and a password manager; Lot III covers cybersecurity training, social engineering tests, information security management documentation and systems maintenance; Lot IV covers a SOC service; and Lot V covers the supply and implementation of an industrial network monitoring system. Each lot must be completed within a maximum of 60 working days from contract signature, and bids may be submitted for all five lots. The bid submission deadline is 10 September 2026 at 11:00, with opening at 12:00. The bid must be submitted electronically and include the bid form, any required power of attorney, declarations and other documents required by the tender documents. For Lots I and II, price carries 90 points and the ability to perform work around the clock outside 7:00–15:00 carries 10 points. For Lots III, IV and V, price is the only award criterion and carries 100 points. No bid guarantee or performance guarantee is required.
