Supply of a Probe Station measurement system

Summary

The contract concerns the delivery of a complete Probe Station measurement system for precise electrical, optoelectronic and fiber-optic measurements of semiconductor components, including measurements with access to both sides of a sample. The system must include compatible optical equipment, at least five electrical micropositioners and probe holders, at least two fiber-optic holders, at least 10 measurement probes, a vacuum pump, cabling, accessories, manuals and a manufacturer’s warranty. The system must meet detailed technical requirements, including measurement of samples up to at least 2 inches, 250 mmHg vacuum holding force, defined travel ranges and resolutions, 45×–300× magnification, a digital camera or microscope of at least 5 megapixels, and a warranty of at least 12 months. Delivery is required within 12 weeks of contract signing to the Institute of High Pressure Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. The deadline for tenders is 10 September 2026 at 11:00. Price is the only award criterion and carries a weight of 100%.
