Successive deliveries of wood pellets for municipal facilities in Dębnica Kaszubska Municipality in 2026–2027 – third procedure

Summary

The contract concerns successive deliveries of wood pellets for municipal facilities during the 2026–2027 heating season, including transport and unloading. The estimated quantity is 72 pallets, or 70,200 kg; the minimum quantity is 48 pallets and the maximum is 96 pallets. Each individual order will be for at least 24 pallets, and an email order must be fulfilled within no more than 72 hours on working days between 7:00 and 14:00. Deliveries are to be made to the warehouse at Przemysłowa 1, Dębnica Kaszubska. The pellets must meet DIN Plus A1 and EN Plus A1 or equivalent standards, have a 6 mm diameter and be made from clean coniferous wood. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%; the lowest-priced admissible tender will be selected. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 10:00 and must include the tender form, price form and declaration confirming the absence of exclusion grounds.
