Purchase and delivery of an energy storage system under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025–2026

Summary

The tender covers the supply, implementation and commissioning of one energy storage system at the Ełk City Office in Poland. The system must have, among other things, a minimum nominal capacity of 260 kWh and load power of 120 kW, use LFP cells, switch to backup power within no more than 10 milliseconds, and meet the specified temperature, humidity and cycle-life conditions. Fire protection and a minimum 24-month warranty are required. The contract must be completed within 90 days of signing. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 09:00; the award criteria are price at 60% and warranty at 40%.
