Purchase and delivery of a mobile device for identifying unknown substances, drugs and explosives

Summary

The tender covers the purchase, delivery and commissioning of one mobile Raman-spectroscopy device for use by the customs and tax authority at Warsaw Chopin Airport. The device must enable non-destructive identification of unknown substances, drugs, psychotropic substances, new psychoactive substances, precursors and explosives and meet detailed technical requirements, including IP 68 and MIL-STD-810 G, at least 4 hours of battery operation and a minimum 24-month warranty.\n\nDelivery and commissioning must be completed within 70 calendar days of contract signature. The bidder must demonstrate at least one properly completed supply of a comparable mobile detection device during the last 5 years and submit a detailed technical form identifying the manufacturer, model, year of manufacture, parameters and functions. A PLN 4,500 tender guarantee and a performance guarantee of 5% of the gross contract price are also required.\n\nTenders will be evaluated by price (60%), warranty period (30%) and delivery time (10%). The tender deadline is 10 September 2026 at 10:00. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish.
