Supply of food products – 6 lots

Summary

The tender covers the successive supply of food products to the canteens of the school and preschool complex in Ogrodzieniec and Ogrodzieniec-Cementownia. It is divided into six lots: groceries, dairy products, fruit and vegetables, meat and cold cuts, frozen products, and bread. Bids may be submitted for one or all lots. Deliveries must be made from Monday to Friday, normally between 06:00 and 08:00, with quantities agreed by telephone one day in advance; additional deliveries later the same day may be requested. The contract runs from its signature until 29 January 2027 or until the contract value is exhausted. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and complaint-handling period (40%): 3 working days receives 0 points, 2 days 20 points and 1 day 40 points. The submission deadline is 9 September 2026 at 12:00. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish and include the offer form, the assortment-price form and the exclusion declaration, with the required electronic signatures. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
