Supply of medical equipment for SPZOZ in Brzyska

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of medical equipment for the SPZOZ in Brzyska. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers one high-end multifunctional ultrasound system with Color Doppler and three compatible probes; Lot 2 covers 15 items of other medical equipment and accessories specified in Annex 4. Offers may be submitted for one, several or all lots. Lot 1 must be completed within 50 days of contract signature and Lot 2 within 7 days. The equipment must be new, unused, complete, CE-marked where required, compliant with applicable medical-device rules, and supplied with Polish documentation. Offers must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 9 September 2026, and the bidder must remain bound by its offer until 8 October 2026.
