Management of municipal waste collected in the Municipality of Przyrów in 2027 – Parts I–III

Summary

The contract covers the successive acceptance and management of municipal waste collected in the Municipality and City of Przyrów from 1 January to 31 December 2027. Bids may be submitted for one, two, three or all parts: Part I covers paper and cardboard, plastics, multi-material packaging, glass and metals, with estimated quantities of 25 Mg, 80 Mg, 60 Mg and 1 Mg respectively; Part II covers mixed municipal waste and bulky waste, estimated at 500 Mg and 50 Mg; Part III covers biodegradable kitchen and other biodegradable waste, estimated at 20 Mg. The quantities are estimates and may increase or decrease according to actual needs. The contractor must accept and manage the waste in authorised municipal installations, support the required recycling and recovery levels, keep weighing and waste-transfer records, and submit monthly reports. The contract is awarded using gross price weighted at 60% and distance to the waste delivery facility weighted at 40%. The bid deadline is 10 September 2026 at 09:00, and the bid must remain valid until 9 October 2026. A bid guarantee and a 5% performance security are required for each part.
