Delivery of two 2,000-litre drinking-water transport trailers under the 2025–2026 population protection programme

Summary

The procurement concerns the delivery of two brand-new drinking-water transport trailers, each with a capacity of 2,000 litres, for the municipality’s civil protection and population protection programme. Each trailer must have a corrosion-resistant single-compartment tank approved for contact with drinking water, thermal insulation, a minimum 400 mm inspection hatch, at least three independent water outlets, a 2-inch fire-service connection or equivalent, a water hose of at least 15 metres, road equipment and registration documents. The trailers must have been manufactured no earlier than 2025, be unused, CE-marked and manufactured in the European Union. Delivery is due by 15 October 2026, with an earlier delivery date eligible for evaluation points. Offers are evaluated by price (60%), warranty period (30%) and shortening of the delivery deadline (10%). The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 10:00.
