Supply of surgical suture materials

Summary

The tender concerns successive deliveries of surgical suture materials and related medical products for the hospital in Koło, divided into six lots: non-absorbable sutures, absorbable sutures, surgical meshes, haemostatic sponge, a system for stress urinary incontinence treatment, and a haemostatic system. The contract is to be performed successively over 12 months. Bids may cover any number of lots, including all six. Products must be legally authorised for placing on the market and use in Poland and must meet the specified medical-device, packaging, sterility, durability, labelling and shelf-life requirements. Deliveries must be made at the contractor’s cost and risk to the hospital pharmacy. The bid deadline is 9 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and delivery time (40%); the offered delivery time must be between 1 and 5 working days from the request, with shorter delivery receiving more points. Payment is due within 60 days of receipt of a correctly issued invoice.
