All-risks property insurance and liability insurance: Lot I excluding O/AZM property and activities, Lot II covering O/AZM property and activities for SRK S.A.

Summary

The procurement covers insurance services for Spółka Restrukturyzacji Kopalń S.A., divided into two lots, each with a 12-month term beginning no earlier than 1 January 2027. Lot I covers all-risks property insurance excluding AZM branch residential buildings and garages, machinery and construction equipment damage insurance, liability and personal accident insurance for an unmanned aircraft operator, and business or property-use liability insurance excluding AZM activities. Lot II covers all-risks insurance for AZM branch residential buildings and garages, liability insurance for AZM activities, and mandatory property manager liability insurance.
