Supply of surgical and diagnostic gloves

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of surgical and diagnostic gloves in four lots: sterile latex surgical gloves, diagnostic gloves with an extended cuff, nitrile diagnostic gloves, and powder-free latex-free surgical gloves. Offers may be submitted for all lots, and each lot has a contract period of 24 months. The contract will be awarded solely on the basis of price, with price carrying 100% of the score. The offer and all required documents must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026. The bidder must also provide evidence that the offered products are legally approved for sale and use in Poland and documents confirming compliance with the required product parameters.
