Successive delivery of food products for feeding pupils in schools in Stawiguda municipality 2026–2027

Summary

The tender concerns successive deliveries of food products to the school canteen serving pupils in the Stawiguda municipality for the period from 1 September 2026 to 30 June 2027. The contract is divided into 7 lots: meat and meat products, dairy products, general food products, fresh fruit and vegetables, fish products, eggs, and frozen fruit and vegetables. Bidders may submit offers for one or more lots, but must offer the complete assortment within each selected lot. Deliveries must be made according to the school’s actual needs, including transport, unloading and carrying goods into the designated premises. Price is the only award criterion, with a weight of 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Zamówienia Platform by 9 September 2026 at 09:00. The guaranteed minimum level of contract performance is 70% of the maximum gross contract value for the relevant lot; the remaining 30% is conditional.
