Supply of ICT and cybersecurity equipment and services

Summary

The procurement covers six lots for the supply of ICT and cybersecurity equipment and for business continuity, cybersecurity, auditing and training services. Lot 1 covers NAS file servers, NGFW and OT firewalls, a managed switch with SFP28 ports, 43 U2F keys, Wi-Fi access points and an uninterruptible power supply, with a value of PLN 205,590 and a 40-day delivery period. Lots 2–6 cover business continuity documentation and plans, audits, training for OT personnel, office staff, management and IT staff, and an IT network security audit. The values of lots 2–6 are PLN 72,000, PLN 71,000, PLN 40,000, PLN 110,000 and PLN 21,000 respectively, with completion by 30 November 2026. Bids may be submitted for all six lots and must be submitted electronically in Polish by 8 September 2026 at 00:00. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%.
