Summary

The tender covers the supply of computer, printing and network equipment, IT security devices, computer peripherals, software licences, subscriptions and support. It is divided into three lots: Lot I computer equipment with software, including laptops, all-in-one computers, monitors and peripherals; Lot II network devices, including two UTM appliances and one log analysis system; and Lot III a conference equipment set, including a mobile TV stand, display, conference camera, mini PCs, wireless HDMI transmitter, cables and VESA wall mounts. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots, and each lot is evaluated solely on price. Offers must be submitted electronically by 10 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain binding for 30 days.
