Supply of wood pellets and hard coal with transport and unloading during the 2026/2027 heating season

Summary

The procurement covers successive deliveries of wood pellets and hard coal, including loading, transport and unloading, during the 2026/2027 heating season. It is divided into two lots, and bids may be submitted for one or both lots. Lot 1 covers 184 tonnes of basic wood-pellet deliveries, with a minimum quantity of 60 tonnes and an optional additional quantity of 40 tonnes. Lot 2 covers 42 tonnes of basic hard-coal deliveries, with a minimum quantity of 30 tonnes and an optional additional quantity of 15 tonnes. The contracting authority may use the option in whole or in part, but is not obliged to do so. Deliveries are made successively according to current needs and must normally be completed within 72 hours from the end of the working day on which the order is received. The contract runs until 30 April 2027, or until the maximum option scope is exhausted, whichever occurs first. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The bid deadline is 10 September 2026 at 09:00, and bids must be submitted electronically in Polish with the required electronic signatures.
