Delivery of a generator set of at least 75 kVA/60 kW on a wheeled trailer

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of one diesel generator set with a maximum output of at least 75 kVA/60 kW, rated output of at least 72 kVA/58 kW, 400/230 V, mounted on a two-axle road trailer. The generator must be new, manufactured no earlier than 2026, weather-resistant, sound-attenuated, equipped with AVR voltage stabilisation, safety and control equipment, and suitable for continuous operation for at least 12 hours. Delivery, including transport to the designated location, must be completed within 60 days of contract signature. The equipment must be delivered with the required certificates, technical documentation, warranty documentation, initial inspection record and operator training. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 8 September 2026 at 09:00. The evaluation criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%). A PLN 1,000 bid guarantee is required.
