Summary

The tender concerns the successive supply of a broad range of food products to the specialist hospital in Chełm for 12 months. The assortment includes groceries, eggs, dairy and fats, frozen vegetables and fruit, pasta, rice, flour, cereals, spices, beverages and confectionery. The contract provides for weekly deliveries from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 11:00, normally within one day of the hospital’s telephone order. The supplier must transport, unload and protect the goods at its own cost and risk. The estimated quantities may not be fully purchased, but the contracting authority guarantees a minimum purchase of 70%. Offers must be submitted electronically by 8 September 2026 at 09:00; price is the only award criterion and carries 100%.
