The procurement covers the purchase, delivery and unloading of heating fuel for Gmina Kcynia and its organisational units during the 2026/2027 heating season. There are four lots: bagged Eko-groszek coal, loose Orzech coal, bagged Orzech coal, and bagged coniferous wood pellets.
