Purchase and delivery of two mobile 120 kW generator sets on trailers under the OLiOC programme

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of two mobile 120 kW generator sets meeting Stage 5 requirements, mounted on trailers, under the 2026 Population Protection and Civil Defence programme. Each trailer must have a maximum permissible mass of up to 3.5 tonnes, comply with Polish transport regulations and be equipped with lighting, four supports and a spare wheel. Detailed technical requirements are set out in Annex 1 to the tender specifications. Delivery must be completed by 9 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 8 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and delivery time 40% of the evaluation score; the maximum delivery date is 9 November 2026.
