Construction of small public infrastructure near the village community centres of Uchanie Municipality

Summary

The contract covers construction of small public infrastructure near six village community centres in the Uchanie Municipality: six wooden gazebos, each measuring 6 × 5 m, with foundations, balustrades, lattice walls, pitched bitumen-shingle roofs, gutters and downpipes, as well as two tables and four benches per gazebo. The works include supplying new materials, construction, site clearance and defect removal, and must be completed within 8 months of signing the contract. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 09:00. The award criteria are price (60%) and the warranty and guarantee period (40%); the required warranty period is 24 months and 48 months receives the maximum score. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
