Implementation of expert report recommendations – installation and operation of sensors

Summary

The contract covers the design, supply, installation, commissioning and operation of an electronic system for monitoring deformation of bridge viaduct spans in Chorzów. The scope includes a temporary height reference network, 28 electronic inclinometers, a weather station, data acquisition and transmission equipment, a web platform, alarms, calibration, reporting and technical maintenance. The system must record data at least once per hour, support continuous operation and provide web access, historical data, visualisation and data export. The initial monitoring and maintenance period is 12 months, within a 15-month contract: installation and commissioning must be completed within 3 months of signing. The contracting authority may renew the service twice for additional 12-month periods. The bid deadline is 9 September 2026 at 09:00. The gross price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. A bid guarantee of PLN 3,232 is required.
