Supply of 9-seat vehicles for people with disabilities

Summary

The procurement covers three lots, each for the supply of one new 9-seat vehicle for people with disabilities. Lots 1 and 2 concern passenger minibuses for children’s homes, while lot 3 concerns an adapted vehicle for transporting people with disabilities, including wheelchair restraint rails, a ramp, an access step, a grab handle, disability transport markings, warning lights and post-conversion homologation. Vehicles must be from production year 2025 or 2026 and delivered by 15 December 2026. Offers may be submitted for any or all lots. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and mechanical warranty, weighted at 40%. The minimum mechanical warranty is 24 months without a mileage limit; warranties of 2, 3, and 4 or more years receive 10, 20, and 40 points respectively, with scoring capped at 60 months. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 8 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding until 7 October 2026. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
