Delivery and installation of professional LED lighting equipment in five practical training rooms of the Academy’s Białystok branch – Stage I of modernization

Summary

The tender covers the delivery and installation of professional LED theatrical lighting equipment for five practical training rooms at the Białystok branch of the Academy. The scope includes Fresnel and profile LED spotlights, accessories, lighting trusses, power and DMX cabling, electrical installation, integration with the existing DMX control system, configuration, testing and as-built documentation. The basic scope consists of five room-specific lighting sets: 14 Fresnel and 6 profile spotlights for room 306; 9 Fresnel and 4 profile spotlights for room 215; and, for each of rooms 205, 206 and 207, 5 Fresnel and 3 profile spotlights. The estimated completion deadline is 30 November 2026. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and warranty period (40%). A PLN 7,000 tender guarantee is required, and a performance security is also required. The offer deadline is 8 September 2026 at 00:00.
