Replacement of the roof covering as part of adapting the existing air-raid shelter in Police for use as a temporary civilian shelter

The contract covers construction works for replacing the roof covering of an air-raid shelter at Hugona Kołłątaja Street in Police, as part of adapting the existing shelter for use as a temporary civilian shelter. The works include removing the existing roofing felt, preparing and repairing concrete surfaces, installing timber substructure and trapezoidal sheet roofing, sheet-metal flashings, ventilation elements, bird and insect protection, chimney reconstruction or replacement, and gutters and rainwater drainage components. The works must be completed within 2 months of signing the contract. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 09:00 via the e-Zamówienia Platform. The evaluation is based on price (60%) and the warranty and defects-liability period (40%); the minimum warranty period is 36 months and the maximum period scored is 60 months. A PLN 6,000 bid guarantee is required, and the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price.
