Successive delivery of light heating oil to Szastarka Municipality and its municipal organisational units in 2026–2027

Summary

The tender concerns successive delivery of light heating oil to five municipal facilities of Szastarka Municipality during a 12-month contract period in 2026–2027. The estimated maximum quantities are 7 m³ for the Village Cultural Centre and Volunteer Fire Service, 32 m³ for the school complex in Szastarka, 16 m³ for the public primary school in Blinów, 16 m³ for the health centre in Polichna and 6 m³ for the health centre in Szastarka. Minimum quantities are also specified: 2, 28, 12, 10 and 4 m³ respectively. The supplier must load, transport and unload the fuel, provide deliveries within 48 hours of each request, use a compliant tanker with a calibrated meter and a discharge hose of at least 50 metres, and provide a quality certificate with every delivery. Five contracts will be concluded. The tender deadline is 7 September 2026 at 12:00, and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%.
