Supply of equipment and software and implementation services for the Cybersecure Serokomla Waterworks project

Summary

The procurement is divided into two parts and covers equipment, software and implementation services for the Cybersecure Serokomla Waterworks project. Part 1 concerns three mobile diesel generators: two rated at 20 kVA and one at 36 kVA. Part 2 covers cybersecurity and IT infrastructure, including monitoring and XDR software, configuration and implementation services, servers, NAS devices, network switches, access points, UPS units, UTM devices, rack cabinets and related licenses. Offers may be submitted for one or both parts. The contract must be completed by 30 November 2026, and offers must be submitted electronically by 7 September 2026 at 12:00. A bid guarantee is required: PLN 1,800 for Part 1 and PLN 8,000 for Part 2. Price is the only award criterion for Part 1; Part 2 is evaluated by price (60%) and server warranty period (40%).
