Supply and installation of four stationary power generators and a mobile broadband satellite Internet set

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots and concerns equipment for civil protection in Gmina Laskowa: delivery and installation of four stationary power generators, or delivery of one mobile broadband satellite Internet set with accessories and a rugged laptop workstation. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, but each bid must cover the full scope of the selected lot. The equipment must be factory-new, complete, free from defects and third-party rights, and supplied with legally required certificates or equivalent documents. Lot 1 also includes installation at four specified locations, with installation works carried out between 7:30 and 15:30. The contract must be completed by 5 December 2026. The deadline for bids is 8 September 2026 at 09:30, and bids must be submitted electronically in Polish. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); only 12, 24 or 36 months may be offered. A bid guarantee is required: PLN 4,000 for Lot 1 and PLN 300 for Lot 2.
