Construction of a columbarium at the municipal cemetery in Istebna

Summary

The contract covers construction of 10 prefabricated columbaria with 174 urn niches at the municipal cemetery in Istebna, including preparatory, surveying, earthworks, ground stabilisation, reinforced-concrete foundations, installation of the columbaria, sandstone cladding, paving, landscaping, partial fence reconstruction and related works. The works must comply with the design documentation, building permit, technical specifications, legal requirements and conservation-protection requirements for the active listed cemetery. The contract duration is 2 months. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and warranty and statutory liability 40%. A PLN 5,000 bid guarantee and performance security are required.
