Purchase and delivery of reagents and consumables for biochemical and immunochemical testing with analyser leasing

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase and delivery of reagents and consumables for biochemical and immunochemical testing, together with the lease of one primary and one backup biochemical analyser and one primary immunochemical analyser. The supplier must deliver, install and commission the equipment, provide a UPS, integrate all analysers with the contracting authority’s InfoMedica Laboratory system, provide the required licence and train laboratory staff. Reagents must be delivered within 5 working days of an order and the analysers, UPS and system integration must be completed within 2 weeks of contract signature. The contract runs until 30 April 2027, and the contracting authority may reduce reagent quantities by up to 30% without compensation. Offers are submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 12:00 and must be signed with an accepted electronic signature. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and quality, functionality and technical parameters (40%).
