Business process robotisation using RPA-class tools at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Summary

The procurement covers a 12-month subscription for UiPath software or an equivalent solution: one developer user licence, one unattended production robot licence with orchestration, and one unattended test robot licence, each with 12 months of manufacturer support. It also includes up to 700 developer hours for creating and implementing business-process robots, a 12-month warranty for the development services, and up to 120 training hours for knowledge transfer. The contract period is 24 months, with an option for two additional developer licences and four additional unattended production robot licences. The tender is not divided into lots.
