Purchase of a Multi-Factor Authentication System under the “Cybersecure Local Government” Project

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase, delivery and implementation of a multi-factor authentication system for 400 users, with a 36-month warranty, as well as the purchase and delivery of 400 authentication keys with cabling and a 12-month warranty. The contract must be completed within 60 days. The tender is not divided into lots and no variants, bid guarantee or performance security are required. Offers must be submitted electronically through the Logintrade platform by 7 September 2026 at 09:00. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and the amount of the contractual penalty offered (40%). The offer and documents must be prepared in Polish.
