Recurring supply of dressings for the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Wrocław

Summary

The tender concerns the recurring supply of dressings and wound-care materials for the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Life Sciences in Wrocław. The contract will run for 12 months, with an estimated basic-contract value of PLN 110,430.85 excluding VAT. The bid must cover the entire assortment and include unit prices and the gross bid price. Products must be new, unused, defect-free, supplied in original undamaged packaging and, where applicable, sterile or for single use. Medical devices must comply with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and applicable Polish law, be authorised for sale and use in Poland, and have the required marking, labelling and instructions in Polish. Deliveries must normally be made within a maximum of 3 working days from a partial order. The contracting authority may use options up to PLN 25,000 gross: up to PLN 20,000 for increased quantities and up to PLN 5,000 for additional products within the same general assortment. Offers must be submitted electronically through the indicated procurement platform by 9 September 2026. Evaluation is based on price (60%), delivery time (30%) and time for remedying non-compliance (10%).
