Purchase and implementation of SIEM-type software for log collection for DUW and integrated administration units

Summary

The procurement covers the delivery and implementation of SIEM-class cybersecurity software for collecting logs and addressing cyber threats, divided into three lots. Lot 1 includes a perpetual SIEM licence, implementation and as-built documentation for the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Office. Lot 2 concerns delivery and implementation of a SIEM system for the Voivodeship Fire Service Commander. Lot 3 covers a SIEM/SOAR solution with Cyber Threat Intelligence, implementation, maintenance and technical support for the Voivodeship Sanitary and Epidemiological Station. Bids may be submitted for all three lots. The contract period is 84 days and, in any event, no later than 4 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 7 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40%; the minimum warranty period is 12 months and the maximum period used for scoring is 36 months.
