The tender concerns successive deliveries of surgical sutures for the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences for a period of 12 months. The tenderer must offer the complete assortment listed in the assortment and price schedule, provide unit prices for all items and calculate the gross price for the basic order. The products must be new, unused, sterile, for single use, free from physical and legal defects, and supplied in the manufacturer’s original undamaged packaging. The contracting authority may exercise an option up to a total gross value of PLN 50,000, including additional quantities up to PLN 40,000 and additional assortment up to PLN 10,000. Offers must be submitted electronically through the procurement platform by 7 September 2026 at 00:00. Documents may be prepared only in Polish. Offers are evaluated by price at 60%, delivery time at 30% and the time for remedying non-compliance at 10%.
