Supply of light heating oil

Summary

The tender concerns successive deliveries of approximately 45,000 litres of light heating oil during 2026–2027 for Gmina Repki facilities and organisational units: 20,000 litres for the School Complex in Skrzeszewo, 20,000 litres for the Public Primary School in Wyrozęby-Podawce, and 5,000 litres for the building at Szkolna Street 3 in Repki. The oil must meet specified minimum quality parameters, including a calorific value of at least 42.0 MJ/kg, pour point no higher than -20 °C, flash point of at least 56 °C, density at 15 °C no higher than 860 kg/m³, kinematic viscosity at 20 °C no higher than 6.00 mm²/s and sulphur content no higher than 0.10%. Deliveries, including transport and unloading, must be made within 48 hours of a telephone or fax order and no later than 31 May 2027. Offers must be submitted electronically by 8 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain binding for 30 days. Offers are assessed by price (60%) and invoice payment term (40%); the bidder must select either 14 or 30 days, with 30 days receiving the higher score.
