Construction and modernisation of street lighting in the Siemiatycze municipality – second procedure

Summary

The procurement covers the design, construction and modernisation of street lighting in the Siemiatycze municipality. The contractor must prepare design documentation, obtain the required approvals and permits, install new LED lighting infrastructure, configure a lighting control and management system with remote monitoring, provide technical support and software updates during the warranty period, and perform associated site, traffic-management, reinstatement and as-built documentation works. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 00:00. A bid guarantee of PLN 20,000 is required. The contract is to be completed by 30 July 2027. Offers will be assessed by price (60%), extended warranty period (20%) and luminous efficacy in Lm/W (20%).
