Periodic purchase and distribution of freeze-dried meals

Summary

The contract concerns the successive purchase and distribution of 12,000 freeze-dried meals, consisting of main courses or soups. Meals must be ready for consumption after adding hot water, require no further heat treatment or refrigerated storage, provide approximately 300–500 kcal and 300–400 g after rehydration, and have at least 36 months’ shelf life from delivery. Products must comply with EU and Polish food-safety rules, be produced under HACCP supervision, and be labelled at least in Polish. The supplier must provide transport, door-to-door unloading and delivery confirmation to up to 17 locations in Poland, in batches based on monthly orders, with each partial order delivered within 7 working days. Offers must be submitted electronically by 4 September 2026 at 12:00, and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%.
