Renewal of computer and mobile device management software licences with a security module extension for one year

Summary

The procurement covers renewal of technical assistance and manufacturer support for the existing ManageEngine Endpoint Central perpetual software licence, together with the purchase and implementation of the Endpoint Security Add-on. The add-on must be supplied for 12 months for 180 devices (160 workstations and 20 servers), with uninterrupted protection. Delivery and activation, including delivery to the Toruń County Office, must be completed within 7 days, and the delivery must be announced at least 3 working days in advance. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish via the purchasing platform by 4 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion and all execution costs must be included in the gross tender price.
