Purchase and installation of solar charging stations for electric bicycles. Procedure No. 2.

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase, installation and commissioning of solar charging stations in two lots, with delivery completed by 30 October 2026. Lot 1 covers five two-space electric-bicycle charging stations with service modules, two 230 V sockets, USB chargers, a 395 Wp solar panel, an 80 Ah/12 V battery and repair equipment. Lot 2 covers one automatic solar charging station for mobile devices with one space, one 230 V socket, USB and Qi wireless chargers, a solar panel of at least 160 W and a battery of at least 75 Ah/12 V. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 09:00. The award criteria are gross price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty is 36 months, while 48 months gives 20 points and 60 months gives 40 points.
