Delivery of various food products to the Sosnowiec Detention Centre

Summary

The tender concerns successive deliveries of various food products to the Sosnowiec Detention Centre from 13 October 2026 to 31 October 2027. The contract is divided into four parts covering preserves, pulses, tea, oils and dairy products, canned meat and fish products, and spices. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all parts, but each bid must cover all products in the selected part. Deliveries will be made at the buyer’s premises on the basis of orders issued at least 24 hours in advance, at the supplier’s cost. Offers must be submitted electronically by 4 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain valid for 30 days. Price carries 60% and the payment term 40%; only payment terms of 14, 21 or 30 days receive points.
