Development of publicly accessible small public infrastructure in the Kowala municipality – procedure in two lots

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for the development of publicly accessible small public infrastructure in the Kowala municipality, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers the expansion and rearrangement of a playground, installation of new playground equipment and a shelter with paving and benches, and the creation of impact-absorbing surfaces. Lot 2 covers the development of the area around the rural community centre in Trablice, including concrete paving, demolition and construction of fencing, soil improvement, grass seeding and site restoration. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. The planned completion period is 2 months. Offers must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s procurement platform in Polish by 11 September 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the score and the quality guarantee and statutory warranty period for 40%. The minimum guarantee and warranty period is 3 years; periods of 4 or 5 full years receive additional points.
