The contract concerns the construction of concrete road surfaces on municipal roads in Biała Niżna, Ptaszkowa, Krużlowa Wyżna, Gródek, Siołkowa, Kąclowa and Cieniawa. The works include preparing and compacting the subgrade, strengthening the road-base layer, earthworks, installing drainage channels, constructing concrete pavements and gravel shoulders. The planned performance period is 2 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish through the SIDAS Platform by 11 September 2026 at 11:00. A PLN 7,000 tender guarantee is required. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and the warranty and quality guarantee period (40%). The contract also requires performance security and employment under an employment relationship for activities covered by the applicable statutory requirement.
