Supply of approximately 120 tonnes of 6 mm pellets with a valid DIN Plus or EN Plus A1 certificate

Summary

The tender concerns the successive delivery and unloading of approximately 120 tonnes of 6 mm wood pellets to the Vocational Training Centre in Dobieszków. Each delivery must be made by pneumatic tanker, normally in quantities of about 25 tonnes, within no more than 7 days of the order and with a current DIN Plus or EN Plus A1 quality certificate. The contracting authority may order an additional 20 tonnes under the option and may reduce or increase the estimated quantity. The contract runs until 31 May 2027 or until the available funds are exhausted, whichever occurs first. The option may extend performance by up to three months. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 12:00; no bid security or performance guarantee is required.
