Summary

The tender concerns group life insurance services for employees of Piekary Śląskie City Hall, their family members and life partners. The insurance will be offered in three variants for a 36-month period. Eligible family members and employees must generally be aged 18 to under 69 when submitting the enrolment declaration; persons over 69 may join under the stated conditions if they are connected to the contracting authority by a contract and have already been insured. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish via the JOSEPHINE platform by 8 September 2026 at 09:30. Price carries 80% of the score and optional clauses 20%.
