Supply of urine test strips, control materials and consumables with lease of an automated system and backup analyzer

Summary

The procurement covers recurring deliveries of urine test strips, control materials and consumables, together with the lease of an automated system for assessing the physico-chemical properties and formed elements of urine and a semi-automatic backup analyzer for physico-chemical urine testing. The lease includes necessary equipment such as a computer with software, UPS, printer and handheld barcode scanner. The contract term is 24 months. The bidder must offer 100% of the items listed in the price and assortment form, provide free staff training, participate in external laboratory quality control twice a year, provide a dedicated metal table and supply specified quantities of tubes and test strips.
