Development of an evacuation procedure for people with special needs

Summary

The tender concerns a four-month service for developing an evacuation procedure for people with special needs, including people with limited mobility, visual, hearing or speech impairments, mental health conditions and others requiring additional measures for safe evacuation in crisis situations.
