Delivery of a laser for cleaning historic objects under the Apollo project
Summary
The procurement concerns the delivery, installation and commissioning of one mobile laser cleaning system for historic objects in the National Museum in Warsaw, together with compatible accessories, software and practical training for 15 conservators. The laser must have a cleaning system with a minimum power of 300 W, air cooling, adjustable pulse duration of 20–500 ns, a maximum pulse energy of 2.0 mJ, a cable of at least 450 cm, two scanning lenses, spare protective windows, power consumption of up to 3,000 W and a maximum weight of 400 kg. The set must include a dedicated case, fume extractor with pre-filters, HEPA and carbon filters and VOC sensors, an aluminium fume-capture chamber and at least six protective laser goggles. Delivery, installation and training must be completed within a maximum of 13 weeks from contract signature. Offers are evaluated by price (60%), delivery time (20%) and warranty period (20%).
